LegalZoom Signs Distribution Agreement with Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc.

LegalZoom, the premier online legal documentation service site, announced today that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc ("Pre-Paid Legal"). Pre-Paid Legal (NYSE:PPD) is the nation's largest provider of Legal Insurance plans.

Under the distribution agreement, LegalZoom will offer legal insurance plans through its website under co-branded pages. The sales and maintenance of the plans will be handled by Pre-paid Legal.
