LegalZoom Enters into Agreement with Taxes4Less.com

LegalZoom, the premier online legal documentation service site, announced today that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Taxes4Less.com. Taxes4Less.com is a leader in the online tax preparation services industry, and provides live assistance from tax specialists to assist in the preparation of tax forms. Taxes4Less.com, founded in 1999, has 30 employees and over 6,000 users. Online tax preparation is expected to swell to 2 million this year, up from 350,000 last year, according to industry reports. Under the agreement, LegalZoom will offer its legal documentation services and legal content to Taxes4Less.com's visitors. The services will be offered through Taxes4Less.com's small business center. Tax preparation services will be provided on the LegalZoom website under a co-branding arrangement. LegalZoom's tax preparation services will be powered by Taxes4Less.com. "Taxes4Less.com is a fast-growing, dynamic company.
