Unfortunately, we cannot refund money charged for government fees (such as court charges and taxes) or other third-party out-of-pocket expenses incurred while preparing, mailing and filing your order. All refund requests must be made within 60 days of purchase.
   
   If you request a refund after your deed has been filed, please note that LegalZoom's refund does not cover the cost of preparing and filing a new deed to transfer ownership back to the original owner.


2. LegalZoom's guarantee ensures that we will prepare and file your deed order, however we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular legal matter. Delays or additional reviews by the county recorder's office may postpone the completion date for your order.
