How did you start your company?
I started a home inspection company two years ago which has been extremely busy. Since I had already started one corporation, I was familiar with the steps involved to start another.

What or who inspired you to go into business for yourself?Numerous companies in California are being sued for non-compliance with the ADA. This has cost California businesses an estimated $29 Billion. Commercial property investors approached me to evaluate a property they were going to buy. After some research, I found that it was difficult for companies to get affordable consulting for ADA compliance.
What were some of the startup hurdles you overcame?
Since my business model has not been done before, I had trouble finding E&O insurance.
How has LegalZoom helped you in starting up your business?
I have used Legal Zoom for a will and living trust. Having Legal Zoom set up my corporation was very efficient, affordable and quick. The customer support is also excellent.
