Tell us a little about your product or service.
In our facilities we have hydraulic machines that children ages 5-17 can use on a regular basis with their fitness training sessions. We have several fun cardio fast moving games and machines. While they use these fun games and machine their hearts keep pumping and their metabolism kick into high gear.

How did you start your company?
Let me tell you how I started my dream and how it has come into reality…. I, myself weighed over 200 lbs. and was very unhappy. I bought a home fitness program I saw advertised on TV one Saturday morning . I followed it to the "T". My ending results were so astonishing and mind blowing that I was asked to become one of the fitness models/mentors for that company. I accepted the offer and was flown to Hollywood CA, to film an infommercial for them. I wanted to help others in every which way I could so, I started to mentor other people online through their message boards. This new endeavor lead me to worldwide commercials, infomercials and now in mayor retail stores like Target, Wal Marts, K-marts & so forth. I conducted a study on the obesity levels by ages and found that children and teens had the highest percentage of overweight and or obesity level in the world. I thought to myself why not start the fitness programs and gyms for children them now at their age levels Now Now that they are young so they can learn and never forget the right way to eat right, excercise and be fit for life.That dream has finally began taking effect as we speak.

I, Ivette Cortiella developed the Little Kickers(children) and Teen Heat Home Fitness (teens) programs in a DVD version, that combats the growing epidemic of childhood obesity...

What or who inspired you to go into business for yourself?
I was overweighting and very unhappy with no energy and no motivation to go on. Taking that step toward believing in myself having faith and most of all support from family made me want to get up and start the journey that will lead me to where I am now, on top of the world.

What were some of the startup hurdles you overcame?
Some of the start up hurtles were getting the word out. It's a new invention that has has so much potential and I know it's such a demanding need in thos world. We parents are playing with our precious jewels, our future generation. Pleople don't know we exist, that their is a solution a way to control this epidemic that is the one "1" killer on the nation..OBESITY! Getting the word out requires alot of help from everyone and I'm not willing to give up trying to get it out. We are here to help!!

These fitness packages will establish habits for the whole family that will produce lifetime results. We have our own children/teens vitamin line (FDA approved), cloth line, equipment line and of course most important our fitness DVD collection for children of all ages. I designed and brought to life a fitness Mascot "Healthy Harry" that has captured many children’s hearts. We've come out on the "South Florida Today Show" and now we are in the process of signing a contract with the state of New Jersey school board (Brick-Township). We were asked to bring our fitness programs mandatory-into all their public schools ranging from K-12. We just won the 2006 Parent to Parent Wisdom Award,(only award Disney.com recognizes) "Meltdown Station".( www.meltdownstation.com ) This company is the physical facility central station. In our fitness station the children are engaged in fitness programs where they can use hydraulic machines specifically made for their body types, fun cardio games that require body movements and nutrition classed that are brought to them by the Private organizations/Florida Department of Health. We have many programs both the parents and children can take advantage of.
