How did you start your company?
After 20 years in the "Corporate" world, Breitenbach realized that combining his experience working from the ground up in areas of Sales, Marketing, Training and Leadership with the Power of Brian Tracy's FocalPoint Coaching program would create a truly unique offering to business people that is second-to-none. So he ventured out on his own, started his own business in partnership with Brian Tracy International, achieved key Certifications, and began working with business clients to achieve results.

What or who inspired you to go into business for yourself?
I briefly worked for two small business owners who suffered from PsychoSclerosis - they were in love with their own ideas/way and unwilling to entertain better ways of doing things. This motivated me to use the powerful things I learned in 20 years of working for large, Fortune 1000/500 companies, combined with Brian Tracy's successful FocalPoint program, to help all the businesspeople who are willing to do "Whatever it takes" in order to be successful.

What were some of the startup hurdles you overcame?
SALES and MORE SALES! Sales is the lifeblood and engine driving every business. Anyone starting a business must be willing to put on some type of sales "hat" and get out there on the streets. APATHY - It amazed me that with no monetary risk due to our 100% Guarantee policy, businesspeople still were not interested in doing what it takes to be more successful, satisfied and happy.
