Ashley Sigrist

Hi, I’m Ashley. I am an effective advocate who spends the time and effort to make sure I understand my clients needs while also making sure they understand the process, law, possible outcomes and the risks involved in their cases and issues.

I have helped my clients in Florida by focusing in the areas of family law, marital dissolution, child support and child custody, domestic settlement contracts, bankruptcy, foreclosure, garnishment, creditor disputes, and estate planning. My legal areas of focus are usually very personal in nature and I pride myself in my ability to connect with my clients and instill confidence in them during a difficult time.

Although I am always prepared to go to court, I am foremost committed to the needs of my clients and am experienced in settling cases before the costs of litigation mount. Because I focus on the individual, I am able to provide my clients a path through and out of litigation in an approachable and effective manner. I like to spend my time away from law with my dogs and visiting the beautiful beaches in St. Petersburg.
