- Benjamin S. Barlow

Hi, I’m Ben. I enjoy relating to clients of all different backgrounds and helping them find solutions to situations that are posing challenges in their personal or business lives.
I represent clients in Virginia and Washington D.C. on a variety of business and personal legal matters, including litigation, business formation, contracts, employment law, and intellectual property (trademark and copyright). My experiences in private practice in litigation; non-profit work; government practice in the national security field; and mediation have provided a broad background for the types of legal issues my clients face.
Some career moments I am particularly proud of are winning University and National Moot Court competitions while in law school and receiving an award for outstanding pro bono representation from a local legal aid organization.
My goal is for each client to feel respected and that I gave their question, no matter how simple or complex, my full attention.
