About

Hi, I’m Brendan Squire. I enjoy helping inventors and businesses pursue their goals to obtain patent protection for their inventions.

I am a registered patent attorney and practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  My previous experience includes representing clients in patent and intellectual property litigation matters in various United States District Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

I am recently retired after a combined thirty years of service as an Aeromedical Evacuation Officer in the U.S. Army and United States Army Reserve.

My priority is to assist my clients in developing an understanding of the complexities of patent and intellectual property law so that they can make informed decisions for protecting their inventions and businesses.

Why I Practice Law
I enjoy practicing patent law because of my interest in science and technology.
Fun Fact
I like a variety of outdoor activities and practice mechanical therapy (repairing or restoring items) to relieve stress.
