About

Hi, I’m Carl. I practice law with the goal of helping people find common sense solutions to their legal issues.  My clients are individuals, small businesses, and investors where I serve as counsel in the areas of basic estate planning, business formation, document reviews and litigation.  I also assist clients in avoiding, bringing and defending lawsuits.

My first job after law school was as a Prosecutor in Miami, FL.  This job helped me to deal with extremely stressful situations, which now allows me to calmly and effectively help my clients through various legal situations.

Why I Practice Law
I enjoy being a general practitioner with knowledge and experience in a variety of legal matters. I especially enjoy helping people get answers to their everyday legal questions at a price they can afford.
Fun Fact
I have always wanted to be a lawyer. In 1997 I was a lead lawyer on my high school mock trial team where we earned second place in the state of Connecticut. In my spare time, I enjoy playing competitive tennis.
