About

Hi, I’m Eli. I love to help individuals with their business, estate planning, family, and intellectual property legal matters. Whether working hands-on with clients, or spearheading a novel legal matter, I am dedicated to crafting meaningful and lasting legal solutions.

I provide a wide range of intellectual property, corporate, contract and litigation services.

Over the years I have learned that the law cannot be practiced in a vacuum. Effective legal assistance requires an understanding of each client’s unique business and personal realities. I have successfully assisted clients with trademark and copyright, cease and desist letters, litigation, settlement negotiations, licensing agreements, terms of service, and trade secrets.

I was honored to receive a Masters of Law in Intellectual Property and Policy from The University of Washington School of Law, and have been privileged to work with non-profits on matters including entertainment law, environmental protection, and international infrastructure projects.

Why I Practice Law
I practice law to help others navigate the changing legal landscape and bring their ideas closer to a tangible business reality.
Fun Fact
I am also a music composer and media producer, and have experience with computer programming and information technology.
