About

Hi, I’m Giancarlo. I enjoy helping people navigate their way through what can sometimes be complex and confusing legal issues.

I represent clients in the state of California on various immigration matters as well as family and criminal law matters. My previous work experience in general civil litigation helped me to get a thorough understanding of the court system, as well as hone my negotiation and mediation skills.

One of my proudest career moments came when the National Hispanic Bar Association asked me to create lesson plans and teach a trial advocacy class to middle school and high school students. The opportunity to teach young people who aspired to become attorneys was one of the most inspirational and meaningful experiences I’ve ever had.

I understand that each client has a unique legal issue, and I strive to make that issue my priority.  I’m an avid photographer and a music fanatic.

Why I Practice Law
I realized at a fairly young age that I enjoyed helping people in need.
Fun Fact
When I was 18, I was cast in a game show. I ended up winning the grand prize - an all expense paid trip to Cancun, Mexico.
