About

Hi, I’m Kelly. I enjoy assisting individuals and their businesses navigate through legal issues that can, at times, be complex and confusing.

I represent clients in the states of Florida and North Carolina in various business law matters. My career has followed a dual trajectory in litigation and corporate practice and my previous experience as a judicial clerk gave me insight into various litigation strategies and tactics viewed favorably by a judge.

One of my proudest career moments that made a deep impact on me as an attorney was clerking for a circuit court judge in which I assisted the judge in the re-sentencing of a juvenile defendant based upon an error in his original sentence. Ultimately, the re-sentencing resulted in the defendant being released from prison in time to spend the Christmas holiday with his family.

My goal is to provide effective legal communication and solutions to my clients.

Why I Practice Law
I knew I wanted to become a lawyer after growing up watching my father practice as a litigation attorney for the U.S. Army JAG Corps and later starting his own practice.
Fun Fact
When I’m not working, I’m at the dog park with my Pomerian-Husky mix, Brutus.
