About

Hi, I’m Kerri. I enjoy helping entrepreneurs build and protect their brand and innovative ideas.

I represent clients in the state of Texas on a variety of business matters, including intellectual property, business formation, and contracts. My previous work at the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston gave me insight into the variety of transactional issues that a major organization encounters on a day to day basis.

I’m particularly proud of negotiating a co-existence agreement on behalf of a client against a larger and better known brand regarding use of a design mark. Assisting my client with the legal issues at play and arriving at a positive conclusion was rewarding.  My goal is to provide effective legal solutions to individuals and businesses alike.

Why I Practice Law
I have genuine interest in protecting my clients' interests and assisting them in navigating the intricacies of the law.
Fun Fact
Born and raised in New Hampshire, I moved to Texas for warm weather and have stayed ever since! In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis.
