About

Hi, I’m Lee Peindl. I enjoy solving problems for my clients, and that’s why I love being an attorney.

I handle matters involving contracts and contract issues, construction, real estate, employment, business and commercial issues including litigation, business formation and governance, UCC, and copyright and trademark matters.

I have tried cases in front of judges and juries, handled alternative dispute resolution like mediation and arbitration, drafted and negotiated contracts, prepared and filed liens, handled commercial real estate transactions, represented creditors in bankruptcies, and all of this experience equips me to help clients solve their problems in a more efficient way.

I focus on solving my clients’ problems efficiently, and it helps that I know a vast network of other attorneys with whom I have good relationships.

Why I Practice Law
I was inspired to practice law from an early age because I have always enjoyed using logic to analyze my way through questions and issues.
Fun Fact
I am happy to have accomplished many satisfactory results for my clients. I like to focus on their individual needs in accomplishing their goals, be it litigation, contract preparation, negotiation, or other transactions.
