Hi, I’m Lee Brennan. I enjoy helping clients identify and protect their intellectual property. I have practiced Intellectual Property Law for over 25 years. I operated a Woman-Owned Small Business for many years, and recently joined the dynamic Intellectual Property Team at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, PLLC.
My experience includes all areas of Intellectual Property, with a focus on Patents and Trademarks. In addition to a law degree, I have Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemistry and Biology. I am devoted to lifelong learning, and helping clients with patent protection in many inventive fields including Chemical, Biological/Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Mechanical, and Computer related areas. I am skilled in assisting clients with navigating the complicated processes of protecting their inventions, and managing their brands. I have worked with some well-known companies and many inventors! I know first-hand the issues inventors and small business owners face, in addition to the many Intellectual Property issues encountered by large companies.
