About

Hi, I’m Mike, my passion for the law and desire to solve problems will be an asset to you. I have over a decade of legal experience, much of which has recently involved the financial services and real estate areas.

I’ve learned that every client is different, every case is different, and each individual deserves to be fully heard and provided with honest, individualized legal advice.

One of my proudest moments as an attorney was teaching a webinar on legislative changes to over 500 participants and colleagues.

I believe life is about challenging ourselves and becoming comfortable in new situations and I will use this belief to help you resolve your issues and pursue new opportunities. I enjoy running, reading, and listening to podcasts that teach me new things and challenge my own thinking.

Why I Practice Law
I enjoy the beauty of the law and living in a society that agrees on rules to govern itself, and I pride myself on my ability to make novel arguments based on those rules and to analyze facts in the context of the law to determine how it can be applied in pursuit of just results.
Fun Fact
Prior to law school, I was a police officer and also interned with a federal law enforcement agency.
