About

Hi, I’m Molly. I help people make plans for the future of their families and businesses.

Since every family is unique, everyone needs a different combination of resources to plan for the future. I have learned to use a combination of wills, trusts, and other techniques to reach your long-term goals. When people don’t make adequate plans, their families can go through a lot of heartache trying to straighten things out later on.

One of my proudest career moments was helping an elderly client stay in her home when relatives were trying to evict her. When people have experienced a loss, sometimes they react in unexpected ways. For this client, I found a recent change in the law that allowed to her stay in the family home, even though her relatives had also inherited a portion of the house and wanted to sell.

I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients. By listening to their thoughts and concerns, I can help put together a plan to give them peace of mind.

Why I Practice Law
When I was stuck in traffic leaving New Orleans before Hurricane Katrina, I heard a story on NPR about a recent Supreme Court decision and thought, “that’s the coolest thing in the world.” I later picked up a second-hand LSAT review book as a way to distract myself from the stress of rebuilding after the storm. I like that law allows me to use a combination of communication skills and technical knowledge to help people solve problems.
Fun Fact
I once met my hero, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, at a work event in Paris.
