About

Hi, I’m Robert. I consider myself to be a problem solver, and I would be happy to help solve your legal problems.

I represent clients in Arizona in various business and personal legal matters, including bankruptcy, contracts, business formation and planning, divorce, custody, child support, landlord/tenant issues, estate planning, and personal injury. My previous work over the past 18 years has given me a broad range of experience to apply to solving these types of legal issues.

The most important thing I have learned as an attorney is to identify the simplest and most straight forward answer to the legal issue or problem a client is facing.

One of my proudest moments as an attorney was successfully defending my clients in a lawsuit that would have cost them over half a million dollars if they had lost. The opposing side had a lot more resources, and losing would have been devastating to their future, so it was rewarding to see their relief and to know I helped.

My priority is to make sure I understand my client’s problem and develop a plan of action to solve the problem as well as possible. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with youth sports, traveling, hiking, and running.

Why I Practice Law
The most satisfying part of being an attorney is when clients express their gratitude and relief after helping them solve a problem they could not solve on their own.
Fun Fact
I’ve traveled to 48 states so far. Next up are Alaska and Hawaii.
