Ronald Gillette

Hi, I’m Ron Gillette. My greatest reward as an attorney is assisting individuals and companies in achieving their business goals through providing exceptional legal services. I primarily practice in the areas of business law, including formation, compliance, and contracts, as well as real estate matters and transactions. The majority of my career has been spent in the role of General Counsel for real estate and homebuilding companies, which has afforded me a wide range of experience in all types of business matters, and even capital raise structures such as debt and equity transactions. My greatest accomplishments in the practice of law have been forming a start-up home-building company from the ground up and executing the business plan to provide for its strategic growth and to have helped hundreds of homeowners find relief with their distressed real estate matters during the Great Recession from 2008-2014. I value greatly the relationships I form with my clients while assisting them with their various legal needs. I am obsessed with the game of golf, although I am a certified hacker. I find greatest joy in spending time with my two kids, however.
