I assist my clients in designing, structuring and documenting business ventures and transactions, as well as estate plans. When my clients are drawn into or face legal proceedings, I assist them in planning and pursuing sound courses of action.
One of the biggest accomplishments in my career was when, as General Counsel for a Seattle-area export company, I helped the company pull through the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis.
On a personal level, I enjoy honing my fluency in Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese, and I place a priority on health and fitness, to keep up with my young family.
