About

Hi, I am Suzann Papagoda and I have practiced law for over 25 years. I enjoy working with people, and finding practical solutions to legal issues.

My areas of expertise include litigation, appeals, criminal law, and wills and trusts. For many years, I served as a Deputy Attorney General for the state of California, and I worked on several death penalty cases. These experiences have made me very familiar with the procedures and rules of both the criminal and civil court systems.

My career highlight is appearing successfully several times for oral argument before the California Supreme Court.

My goal for every consultation is to address the needs of each customer, and to provide them with necessary information so they feel confident about handling their legal issue.

In my free time, I enjoy doing community service with my daughter, reading, and shopping.

Why I Practice Law
I always wanted to be a lawyer, probably because of watching too many lawyer shows on TV, and also because I am good at argument and negotiation.
Fun Fact
Good thing I am a lawyer because I cannot do math!
