About

Hi, I'm Will.  For the past nineteen years I've practiced law from big firms to solo practice.  I love everything about it, from conducting jury trials to simply helping people with questions over the telephone.  I'm primarily a litigator (torts, breach of contract, real estate disputes), but also do a fair amount of estate planning, contracts and business formation.

The most important thing I've learned in law is to listen closely to clients and explain things thoroughly.

Thanks to some very good cases and clients in the past, I'm now able to take on occasional cases for people with very limited (or no) means and I can say that these are often the most satisfying cases.

I dislike inefficiency and overcharging so since starting my own practice I've kept low overhead so that I can provide great legal services at the lowest cost.

Why I Practice Law
I got into law after being made a defendant in a case myself. I recall how terrified I was and how the attorney proved as much as a counselor and comforter as a great litigator (who won the case).
Fun Fact
Besides law I have pretty eclectic interests, ranging from flying to woodworking.
