What's a breach of contract notice?
When someone with whom you're working through a contract fails to keep up their part of the deal, that's called a breach of contract. Fortunately, a reminder of these obligations and a correctly worded warning is often enough to get a business partner back to work and make it right by fulfilling their side of the contract.
Here's the info you'll need to have handy to complete your doc:
Who it's coming from
Determine if a business or individual is sending the doc and have the name and contact info ready.
Who it's going to
Know who this doc is going to and have the individual or business name and contact info ready.
Have the original contract handy, and a summary of the portion of the contract that has been violated or is unfulfilled.
Be clear about the original contract's timeline, including the start date.
