LegalZoom can assist you with your Will. We offer a Last Will and Testament, as well as a Living Will.
A Last Will and Testament is a document that states how a person’s property will be distributed upon his or her passing. It also names who's in charge of managing the estate and who would be the guardian of any minor children.
A Living Will, on the other hand, is a document that is effective while the person is living, and spells out your decisions regarding whether to prolong life by artificial life support when suffering from terminal illness, are in a coma, or in a vegetative state. A living will has nothing to do with who receives a person’s property.
