Can i/do I need to transfer ownership of personal property to a living trust?
Heather F. ∙ April 18, 2017
Generally, a living trust is valid only after (1) the trust document is signed by the person creating the trust and by the trustee of the trust, who is most often the same person and (2) assets are transferred into the trust. The specific process for moving assets into the trust depends on the type of property involved.
