I want to do an irrevocable trust for my mom, can I do that for her?

Kara B. ∙ December 10, 2018

An irrevocable trust is a trust that may not be terminated by the grantors alone, and often termination requires court approval. By contrast, a revocable trust may be amended or terminated by the person or persons who created it without court involvement. LegalZoom currently assists only with revocable living trusts. You can get started on that process here: https://www.legalzoom.com/personal/estate-planning/living-trust-pricing.html
