I am going through a divorce, the deed is under my name only. Is the house legally mine or is it part of what is called community property. If divorced does spouse become entitled to part ownership of this property?

Domestic and divorce laws vary by State. Community property States typically provide an equitable ownership interest in all property. It's impossible to provide a thorough answer in this forum. Other factors might impact this such as the existence of a Pre-Nuptial, the length of the marriage, etc. I'd encourage you to discuss this fully with your LegalZoom provider law firm.
