Should I sign a payment arrangement with my landlords attorney to stop an eviction when I know that the charges and fees are wrong? 1

This question is very fact specific so I can't stress enough how important a full legal analysis is. Please schedule a consultation through your LegalZoom legal plan immediately. It is very difficult for an attorney to advise you to sign something that you say is wrong, especially since the document almost certainly establishes the wrong information as admitted and legally binding. It is also difficult to advise someone to allow themselves to be evicted. In the interim, perhaps you can propound a counter document that deletes the disputed items.

If your question applies to a different jurisdiction you should check with an attorney in that jurisdiction. The information is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. You should consult an attorney for individual advice regarding your own situation.
