What state do I choose when selecting a prepaid plan? In the state that I live in or where I need legal help?

When selecting a pre-paid plan for yourself, use the state you reside in. If you're selecting a plan for your business, select the state you formed your business in. Once you have your plan and you want to submit a request for a consultation, select the state where the issue applies. For example, if you have a plan based in California where you live, but you own property in Texas and have a question regarding that property, when you submit your question select Texas as the jurisdiction state.
