I was thinking about a situation in my state where a privately run sports training facility that trains kids ages 8-18, refuses to train athletes that attend or are committed to attending one particular high school. The head coach at that high school also happens to run his own training facility, which makes those kids direct competitors both athletically and as a business product. Is this discrimination?
