Well from your message it appears that your rights as an employee have been violated. As an employee you are afforded legal rights that protect you from losing your job because you report actions in the work place that violate company policies and regulations. However, this doesn't mean that the management staff at that restaurant will not hunt for a reason to get rid of you. Technically speaking while you have the right to report directly to the corporate office, going over someones head usually ends badly. As for refusing you service because you reported them to Corporate, well now that you are a customer and not a staff member I would personally file another complaint, as a customer you have the right to complain about the service, or lack there of to the corporate headquarters
