Unilateral NDA

An NDA (or non-disclosure agreement) is an agreement to maintain the confidentiality of information that is shared for a business purpose. A unilateral NDA should be used when only one party is revealing confidential information. For example, if you are seeking outside investment in your company, only you will be required to share information. In such cases, you should consider using a unilateral NDA.
