As Corporate Counsel, Brooke Nojima ensures that LegalZoom follows best practices and complies with federal and state laws in the areas of consumer protection and e-commerce. Before joining LegalZoom in 2007, Nojima worked at Callahan, McCune & Willis, specializing in general liability law, and at William Morris Agency.

She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was a member of the UCLA Women’s Track and Field Team. She received her J.D. from Loyola University and is a winner of the American Board of Trial Advocates Award.
