"Iron Man" actor Terrence Howard has been sued by a former manager who accused him of withholding royalties, WENN.com reports.

According to the news source, Victoria Frederick filed the lawsuit against Howard in Pennsylvania recently, claiming she is owed at least $145,000 in unpaid royalties from the actor.

In the lawsuit, Frederick claims she began to supervise Howard's work-related interests in the mid-2000s and claims that the actor agreed to give her 10 percent of all of his earnings while she managed him during his career.
