Record producer Jermaine Dupri recently had a lawsuit filed against him centered around a $330,000 Lamborghini he purchased.

A lawsuit was filed recently against record producer Jermaine Dupri by the leasing company he worked with to finance a $330,000 Lamborghini, which alleges he still owes them money.

The expensive Lamborghini Murcielago was repossessed recently by Premier Financial Services, a vintage and exotic car leasing company, and sold for $115,000. PFS filed a lawsuit alleging that Dupri financed the 2005 Lamborghini in 2006, agreeing to make 58 monthly payments of $4,323.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Georgia Superior Court, contends that Dupri paid $70,000 up front for the vehicle, and made the regular payments until 2009. Dupri then began to miss payments, which led to the car being repossessed, and now the company is requesting the remaining $79,095 be paid for the vehicle.

Attempts by TMZ to reach Dupri's representatives for comment were unsuccessful.

Dupri is a record producer who has worked with artists such as Boys to Men, Luther Vandross and Babyface. The producer is also known for his short-lived romantic relationship with singer Janet Jackson.

According to the website CelebrityNetWorth, the 39-year-old Dupri, is worth $5 million.
