A trust created by the last will and testament of a Hungarian immigrant has provided for the creation of a new scholarship program for students studying agriculture.

According to the Moline Dispatch and the Rock Island Argus, the trust was established in 1892 per the provisions of the last will of Nicolas Fejervary, a native of Hungary who immigrated to the United States. Before his death, Fejervary settled in Davenport, Iowa, where he became a prominent citizen.

The Fejervary Trust now operates out of Bettendorf, Iowa, a city adjacent to Davenport in Scott County.

A copy of the last will and testament of Elvis Presley has been put up for auction at an English auction house, reports the Independent.

The document, which comes from the law firm that represented a member of Presley's family during the settling of his will, dates to the mid 1970s.

Greg Wegner, a history professor at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, has been collecting materials that offer insight into the roots of the town of Bangor, Wisconsin, but is still searching for a significant last will and testament, the Coulee News reports.

In an online auction five years ago, Wegner purchased the diary of a young Bangor girl, Anna Ruedy, who was born to a Swiss-German family during the Civil War.

A retired food salesman from Tonawanda, New York, recently placed the top bid for a "signed" copy of Mary Jemison's last will and testament from 1833, the Buffalo News reports.

The bidder, 93-year-old Eugene Musial, calls himself a collector of anything related to Jemison, who was referred to as "the white woman of the Genesee" after she spent nearly her entire life living with Native American tribes following her capture in the 18th century.
