We deliver quality Payroll, Human Resources and Training solutions that provide our customers with the freedon to focus on and achieve their business goals. The SOLUTIONS Payroll Team designs customized Payroll Services which include, Payroll Processing, Direct Deposit, Tax Preparation and Filing, New Hire Reporting, Leave Accruals, Record Retention and Customized Reporting just to name a few. The SOLUTIONS Human Resources team designs customized programs including Personnel Record Retention, Benefit Administration, FMLA Administration, Recruiting Assistance, Workers Compensation Administration, Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbooks, Standards of Conduct, Compensation Plan Design, Incentive Programs, Disaster Recovery Planning and more. The services provided by the SOLUTIONS Training team include Facilitation, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Metrics and Evaluation and Consulting Project Management.
How did you start your company?
We built it from the ground up. It took months of what seemed like endless days to build the infastructure necessary to provide the best service to our clients.

What or who inspired you to go into business for yourself?The desire to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Our experience with outsourced Payroll, Human Resources and Training firms always left something to be desired in the service area. We want to change that.
What were some of the startup hurdles you overcame?
Marketing Skills - We are business professionals but not sales people. We had to learn how to sell our product.

Our goal is to remove the administrative burden and allow them to focus on their business.
