CHANGES IN TERMS OF USE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Except for your liability for payment of fees and indemnification obligations, each party’s aggregate liability will be limited to the total amounts you have actually paid to the Company in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to a claim. In no event shall either party be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
