About

Hi, I’m Erika Hawkins. Personal service is my specialty. I believe that excellent legal service begins with listening to each client to understand their unique situation in order to find a solution tailored to meet their needs. I focus my practice on real estate matters, business entity formation and strategy, probate and estate planning, elder law, and family law.

I am privileged that my practice allows me to obtain relief for individuals facing difficult and stressful situations. I am especially proud that I have been able to assert defenses against lenders to prevent numerous clients from losing their homes to foreclosure. The true value of my representation comes from my seasoned legal expertise combined with my ability to connect with my clients, be approachable, and find practical, cost effective solutions.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and teenage daughters, often taking in a concert or a musical theater performance.

Why I Practice Law
I enjoy practicing law because it allows me to combine analytical thinking and creativity to solve problems and help people.
Fun Fact
I have appeared in several community theater musical productions.
