Address in Newark, DE

Newark is located in the State of Delaware, and about 30,000 people call it home. Settlers from Scotland, Ireland and Wales arrived in the area in the 1690s, and the town received its official charter from King George II in 1758. Newark sits in New Castle County near the Maryland border, about 8 miles from Wilmington and within easy reach of Philadelphia and Baltimore. Newark is best known as the home of the University of Delaware, which shapes much of the city's character and is its largest employer. The university's Science, Technology and Advanced Research (STAR) Campus was built on the site of a former Chrysler assembly plant. It now houses research labs, health science programs and private companies, including a fuel cell manufacturing facility run by Bloom Energy. History runs deep here. Just outside town is Cooch's Bridge, where the only Revolutionary War battle fought in Delaware took place in 1777. For time outdoors, White Clay Creek State Park covers more than 3,000 acres of woods and trails at the city's northern edge. Main Street is the center of local life, lined with shops, restaurants and cafés. Newark's train station has Amtrak and SEPTA service, which makes travel along the Northeast Corridor easy. Whether you're moving to a remote-first model or looking for a virtual location for your business, a virtual address in Newark lets you keep a professional mailing address without paying for office space or overhead associated with a physical building.
