2001:

LegalZoom is founded as the first company to offer LLC formation and will services online.

2002–2008:

We expanded our offering into intellectual property, nonprofit formation, and real estate legal services.

2010:

We scaled our expertise with the launch of our independent attorney network, offering personalized legal advice.

2021:

LegalZoom became the first publicly traded company to own and operate a law firm (LZ Legal Services) in the United States.
