Mary Beaghler Penn is an associate attorney at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig PLLC. Her primary focus areas include intellectual property, specifically copyright infringement and trademark law, corporate law, transactional matters, and trusts and estates. She is licensed to practice in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mrs. Penn attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, from which she received a juris doctor in 2012. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s of science in business management from George Mason University and spent a semester studying philosophy at the University of Oxford.
