3. CANDIDATE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE.
[Recruiter Company Name] is committed to the quality and longevity of our placements. We guarantee that all candidates presented are thoroughly vetted and meet the requirements mutually agreed upon in the Scope of Work.
If a candidate placed by [Recruiter Company Name] voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause by [Client Name] within [Candidate Replacement Period in Days] calendar days of their start date, we will conduct a free replacement search for the same position.
Terms and Conditions of Guarantee:

- The guarantee is valid for only one replacement candidate.
4. PROTECTION AND ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION.
