TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The following terms and conditions shall prevail over our association:

1. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES.

Upon acceptance of this proposal, [Sponsor Company] shall join as a Sponsor for the event [Event Name], organized by [Sender Company]. There shall be no other relationship between [Sponsor Company] and [Sender Company] besides that of a Sponsor and Organizer until the completion of the Event. 

2. PAYMENT.

[Sponsor Company] shall make the payment of the Sponsorship amount to [Sender Company]  before [Payment Due in Days] day(s) prior to the scheduled Event Date to ensure timely execution of promotional and logistical activities, in USD through [Mode of Payment]. 

3. GOVERNING LAW.

A Sponsorship Contract will be sent in case [Sponsor Company] is on board with [Sender Company], and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Governing Law].

4. USE OF TITLES, LOGOS, AND IMAGES.

The Sponsor Company authorizes the Sender Company to use its official logo and associated trademarks for event-related promotional purposes. The Sponsor Company shall provide the approved versions of such branding assets in a timely manner to enable effective promotion of the event.

5. REPRESENTATIVE.

The Sponsor Company is not obligated to appoint or send a representative to the Event; however, it reserves the right to do so at its sole discretion.

6. TERM.

The term for the sponsorship will come to an end with the successful completion of the event and the payment.
