TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. TERMINATION. 

You have the right to reject, modify, stop, or cancel any plans or work in progress. However, you agree to remit to us all costs and expenses incurred prior to any changes being implemented, and to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any liability arising from such action. We agree to use our best efforts to minimize such costs and expenses.
 
2. SERVICE SCHEDULE AND FREQUENCY.

All lawn care services will be performed according to the agreed-upon schedule and frequency as specified in the service plan. Any adjustments or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least [Number of Days to Request Reschedule] day(s) prior to the scheduled event.
 
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES.

The Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property, remove obstacles (such as toys, furniture, or vehicles), and ensure pets are secured during scheduled services. The Client shall notify [Company Name] of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or potential hazards prior to the commencement of services.

4. WARRANTY.
