TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The following terms and conditions shall define and govern all aspects of this quote and our association.

1. SCOPE OF WORK.

(a) The cost of the material on which the printing is carried out will be added to the printing cost in the total amount. We do not print on materials or objects provided from outside.

(b) We collect information on the kind, nature, and purpose of the screen printing you are looking for before we design the same for you. We are open to incorporating anything specific that you want to be printed. However, we reserve the right to deny printing anything that is deemed either controversial or ethically wrong by our creative head.

(c) In case you do not provide specific details as to what you want to be screen printed, we have a creative team that can come up with multiple ideas and drafts. This service shall be charged separately.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY.

We understand that during the course of the association, you may have to share sensitive and private information that may not be out in the public domain. We assure you that our entire team will keep such information confidential.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

The rights of all intellectual property created out of this association shall remain with the [Client Name].

4. SEVERABILITY.

If any provision of this quote is held unenforceable under the applicable law, then such provision shall be excluded from this quote, and the remaining provisions of this quote shall be enforceable following the terms.

5. NOTICES.
