TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. FINAL GUEST COUNT.

The final guest count must be submitted to us no later than [Final Guest Count Submission Deadline] business day(s) prior to the event date. If the final guest count is not received by the specified deadline, we will use the original estimated guest count outlined in this proposal, and the client will be billed accordingly. We will accommodate last-minute increases where possible, but reductions after the deadline may not result in a corresponding reduction in the total invoice amount.

2. PRICING TERMS.

All payments must be made in USD using [Mode of Payment]. The initial payment must be cleared before proceeding with the catering. Failure to make payment beyond the default period will breach contractual terms and may result in further action. 

3. WARRANTY.
