1. ROOF PROJECTIONS.

The company shall inspect roof projections in place before the roofing installation, or as shown on the architectural plans provided by the company. Penetrations not shown on the plans provided by the company before this quote is submitted or those required after the roofing installation shall be considered an order for extra work. The company shall be compensated at customary time and material rates for performing such additional work.

2. TOLERANCES.

All labor and materials shall be furnished in accordance with usual industry standards and industry tolerances for uniformity, color, variation, thickness, size, weight, finish, and texture. Specified quantities are intended to represent an average over the entire roof area.

3. VALIDITY.

4. PAYMENT.
